How Spectrum handles your data
This page describes the privacy model as implemented today — not aspirational marketing.
Answers are private by default
Individual answers and in-progress attempts are not published. Completing a test creates a result for you; it does not make that result public.
Optional result sharing
If you choose to share, Spectrum can publish a summarized result page (scores and related summaries) under a public link. Sharing does not expose every individual answer you submitted.
Accounts and anonymous use
Some tests allow anonymous attempts. Anonymous progress is tied to a browser cookie resume token so you can continue the same attempt. Signing in with Discord lets Spectrum associate attempts and results with your account for history and profile features.
What we store
Depending on how you use Spectrum, we may store account identity from Discord sign-in, optional profile details you provide, test attempts, answers, calculated scores, and whether a result is marked public. Aggregated statistics (such as completion counts) may appear on the site without identifying you.
